Jennifer and Martin at Abercorn Church and Hopetoun House 02/07/11
Jennifer and Martin were married in Abercorn Church, a beautiful church hidden away in the small village of Abercorn. The reception was at Hopetoun House, a magnificent venue, one of my favourite wedding venues. A fabulous day was had by all. A big thank you to best men Scott and Tommy, and all the ushers for all their help. Lindsey, Jennifer's sister for putting up with me, and the bridesmaids. But how can I forget Jennifer's Gran, what a great lady....... and of course Hopetoun House and all the staff. Above all, thank you Jennifer and Martin for allowing me to share your day. A great day......
Kathleen and Giancarlo at St Aloysius and Mar Hall 01/07/11
Kathleen and Giancarlo were married at St Aloysius on Friday. I photographed Cara, Kathleen's sister's wedding 4 years ago... how time flies. It was great to catch up with Stella and Tom, Kathleen's Mum and Dad, and all the family again. A fantastic wedding service at St Aloysius and then on to Mar Hall. A big thank you to best man Stephen and the all the ushers for all their help, Helena and all the bridesmaids. Thank you to Mar Hall and all their staff. And most of all Kathleen and Giancarlo for letting me share their day with them.
As usual a few photographs from the day.

Sarah and Scott at the Roxburghe 18/06/11
Sarah and Scott were married, on Saturday, at the Roxburghe Country House Hotel, in the Scottish Borders. A magnificent venue for their wedding day. Sarah and Scott got married with their close family and friends present. Although a small wedding in numbers attending, you can see how much the day meant to both of them and having their families present was special. The weather was magnificent, bright and cloudy, the sort of conditions photographers love. A magnificent light for photographs. A few spots of rain fell but that did not interfere with the day. The drinks reception was held in the hotel gardens. Later Sarah, Scott and myself went for a walk to the fishing Loch in the hotel grounds. Some extra guests turned up for the wedding service ........ some of the children from Sarah's primary school class, to see their teacher getting married. A big thankyou to all for making it a fab day. All the staff at the Roxburghe for all their hard work and help. And of course, Sarah and Scott for letting me share their day with them.
