Anna and Stevie

Anna and Stevie were married on Friday 9th August at Ednam House Hotel - Kelso.  It was a fantastic day.  Both sets of family and friends joined in the fun.  Anna looked stunning in her wedding dress, the weather was fab, great location, and lots of bubbles for all their guests. A big thank you to Ralph and all the staff at Ednam House, sister and chief bridesmaid Stella, best man Andy, and Nod for all their help through out the day. And of course for Anna and Stevie for letting me share their day with them.

Alison and Gordon at Roman Camp

Alison and Gordon were married on Saturday at "Roman Camp" in Callander, a fantastic wedding venue. Both family and friends had a great time. The ceremony taking place in the hotel and the drinks reception in the gardens. After the wedding meal we jumped in the car and went down to Loch for a bit of fun. Thank you to Shona and all the staff at Roman Camp. Best Man and Brides Maid Simon and Laura, the ushers and all bridesmaids, for all their help. And not forgetting Alison and Gordon for letting me share their day with them.
Their off to Venice for the start their honeymoon, could not think of anywhere better. All the best.........

Erika and Jarrod at Wedderburn Castle

Erika and Jarrod were married yesterday at Wedderburn Castle in the Scottish Borders. An amazing place and one of my favourite wedding venues. Erika and Jarrod travelled over from Florida for their wedding, along with 19 of their closest family and friends. It was a great day and the weather was just perfect. Everyone enjoyed the day, drinks were served out in the garden after the outdoor service on the lawn.

A big thank you everyone, the staff at Wedderburn and of course Erika and Jarrod for letting me share their day with them.

They are now off to Paris for 5 days on their honeymoon, before heading to London and then home. Paris is my favourite city, and I have suggested to Jarrod two restaurants they should try and visit whilst there, first is Le Poulbot  a fantastic little family run restaurant just round the corner from Sacre-Coeur in Montmartre. Set lunch from 12 euros. The other in the famous  Chartier, 7 rue du Faubourg Montmartre. Hope they have the chance to visit them, but if not Erika and Jarrod will still have a fabulous time in Paris.  All the best ..........

Nicola and Vinnie at Lennoxlove

Nicola and Vinnie had a great day on Saturday at Lennoxlove. Both sets of family and friends enjoyed the sunshine and the wedding day. Nicola's gran was a star. At 94 she was everywhere enjoying the day. I wanted to take her home with me but they would not let me !!!!!!
A few thank yous go to, best man,Mike and Shirley, Nicola's bridesmaid, for looking after me, Ken and Fiona and all the staff at Lennoxlove and Heritage Portfolio for the amazing food and service.

Alison and James at Dalhousie Castle

Alison and James were married at Dalhousie Castle on the 1st April. Yep!!  No joke.
A fabulous day was had by all. Alison looked amazing and James, from South of the Border, was  wearing the kilt for the first time. You would have never known. Not sure if he was a true Scotsman or not, he never let on.  In between this cold and snowy start to the year, the sun was shining and we had lots of blue sky. Big thank you once again to Andrew for his entertainment and bagpipe playing and all the staff at Dalhousie, to best man Howard and the amazing Jen, Ali's bridesmaid, for all their support and help. And of course Alison and James for letting me share their day with them.
