Kirsten left from the Prestonfield Hotel to arrive at the church perfectly on time. I met up with Max and the boys earlier at that well known watering hole 50 yds from the church, The Sheep Heid Inn. Back at the Hotel and reception, the marquee came in very useful to shelter from the heavy showers. They did not last long and we were really lucky. Kirsten, originally from Glasgow now lives in Wandsworth Common in London with Max. Both sets of families and friends of Kirsten and Max were certainly enjoying themselves. A fantastic day ........
Thank you to Tom, brother of Max and Best man, and all his ushers. Simone and the bridsmaids for putting up with me. And all the staff at Prestonfield ........ thank you
